Sorry Herwig, I didn’t translate it all. The phone number refers to the message “Se queres um grande caralho liga-me”, which means, “If you want a big penis call me”.
That's very (pro)active citizenship, no? No answer untill now: to busy probably. Meanwhile I'll visit the website of the Niagarafalls...
